The latest sewage spill at Kitchen Windows (International Surf Spot), directly behind the Surf Village & Billabong Factory Shop, days before the Shell Festival in town. The sewage ran directly into the ocean.
This has been going on for over 10 years now! Nothing Is being done to stop the spills and it seems as if the municipality really doesn’t care.
